September MDW Makers Circle: Embroidered Floral Bookmarks

$25.00

Join us as we create embroidered floral bookmarks using a beginner-friendly wood embroidery kit.

Each participant will receive a wooden bookmark template, embroidery thread, needle, and simple instructions to guide them through the project. The floral design is pre-marked on the wood, making this a wonderful introduction to embroidery for beginners while still being enjoyable for experienced makers.

You'll spend the afternoon learning a few basic stitches, creating something beautiful with your hands, and enjoying conversation with other women around the table.

When: First Sunday of each month, September 6th

Time: 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Place: House of 423 in Geneva, IL

Your kit includes:

  • Wooden bookmark template with pre-drilled holes and guide lines

  • Embroidery thread

  • Embroidery needle

  • Self-adhesive backing patch

  • Basic stitch guide

Wood is a natural material, so each bookmark will have its own unique grain and character.

No experience necessary.
