The Art of Becoming: A Meditation & Clay Vessel Workshop
Join us for an afternoon of guided meditation, creative clay art making, and community.
We will begin with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation led by Sara Curtin of Flower of Life Yoga & Wellness. This deeply restorative practice helps quiet the noise of everyday life and creates space to reconnect with yourself during our time together.
From that place of reflection, Elizabeth Rago of The Modern Domestic Woman will guide participants through the creation of a small clay vessel. Throughout our lives, we carry responsibilities, hopes, grief, joy, expectations, and dreams. As you shape your vessel, you'll be invited to reflect on what you're currently holding, what you may be ready to release, and what you'd like to make room for in the next season of your life.
When you bring your vessel home, the practice continues. Place it somewhere you'll see it often and use it to collect small reminders of the life you're building. A word that resonates, a goal you've reached, a note of encouragement, a treasured memory, or an intention for the season ahead. Over time, your vessel becomes a reflection of your journey (not a reminder of who you've been), but of who you're becoming.
Every ticket makes an impact. - 100% of proceeds from this workshop will benefit MDW Cares, supporting free support groups, educational events, resource referrals, and community initiatives that help women and families access the support they need.
Spend an evening investing in yourself while helping us invest in our community.

This creative experience was crafted by Rebecca Lane, founder of Breathe People, whose work is rooted in the belief that creativity can help us reconnect with ourselves.
Not through perfection or performance, but through the simple act of making. After experiencing her own seasons of burnout and overwhelm, Rebecca discovered that the creative process could become a pathway back to presence, expression, and self-trust.
